Cellpor’s team of experts executed the fabrication and erection of the steel beams and composite decking system, thus saving the client tremendous amounts of money and time. Where conventional methods of construction would take up to 3 weeks (21 days) to complete one floor, Cellpor’s innovative solution enabled the completion of each floor in 6-7 days. One third the time and at a competitive cost, Bahria Icon Tower stands as a testament to the latest innovative construction techniques that Cellpor has introduced to Pakistan’s construction industry. Bahria Icon Tower has set a new trend in the skyline of Karachi with a total covered area of the project being approximately 1.0 million ft2.
